ABOUT
Town Farmhouse - Mortehoe.
This stunning 19th century building is open as an Eco- Focused Guesthouse and Tea Rooms situated in the heart of beautiful Mortehoe. The Farmhouse is just a short walk from a spectacular coastline, award winning beaches and is surrounded by National Trust land, perfect for exploring.
Recently refurbished rooms with free parking and a wonderful Vegetarian and Vegan Menu. We aim to be as environmentally sustainable as possible and so you can guarantee that we are working hard to make our business have as little negative impact on the environment as possible.

OUR ROOMS
Our rooms are all bright and airy and updated ready for our guests.
Our front facing rooms overlook the beautiful village of Mortehoe while the rooms at the rear overlook stunning National Trust land. Our Family Suite has its own floor, is dog friendly and has sea glimpses over both the Bristol Channel and the Atlantic Ocean. Maybe even take over the entire house for that special event or family break away by the sea, we have enough beds to sleep 13.

Rear garden available for our guests. The Guesthouse is surrounded by beautiful National Trust Land.
Free Wifi
Mortehoe is not known for its phone signal or internet download speeds but the Wifi we have is free! We do have loads of fresh air and stunning scenery
Housekeeping
We take pride in our rooms and all bedding and towels will be ready for your stay. We are taking extra care and have added strict cleaning procedures to provide a Covid Secure place for you to stay.

THINGS TO DO
Water Sports
​
North Devon is the perfect place to get involved in Water Sports. Surfing, Kayaking, Coasteering, Stand Up Paddleboarding and more.
We can arrange a fun filled activity package to make your visit extra special and can offer wetsuit, surfboard and equipment hire for your stay with us.
Beaches
There are loads of beaches to explore in the area and they vary from small secret coves to the 3 miles of golden sands at Woolacombe.
Town Farmhouse is Dog Friendly and so are most of the beaches.
Boat Trips
We are just a short drive from the historic seaside town of Ilfracombe with its stunning Victorian harbour. There are many boat charters available and this is also where the boat for Lundy Island leaves from.
Leisure Activities
There is so much to do here. The local area has many options including cinemas, spas, trampoline park, soft play, shopping, museums and lots more
Wildlife
We have lots of wildlife right on our doorstep, just stop for a while and you will be amazed what you can see. We have our own colony of seals on Morte Point which is a short walk away.
Walking
Mortehoe is a walkers paradise with miles of trails to explore and all in areas of outstanding natural beauty. Town Farmhouse is situated right on the Southwest Coastpath.
